As luck would have it, we got Escandalo one day and we never regretted it. The small (ca. 145cm) gelding emerged as a powerful horse and looks good on competitions and on shows. His Grand-grandfather is the famous "HNS Domingo", to which he looks very similar.
Escandalo had his basic training with the peruvian trainer Cesar Baca and Achim was learning with him and Cesar to practice on different shows:

Escandalo - from us called León - won with Achim on their first competition in Birrekoven 2004 in "Freizeitreitertölt" the 4. place.

At the EM 2004 in Kreuth Achim and Escandalo won two Vice-European-Champion titles: in "bit class for geldings" and in "Paso Llano A Einsteiger".
